Step 2: Finishing the 3D model/rendering/prototype
The #3drendering is the foundation of the product. All products must go. However, making a model is a complex process. The model can be made in all sizes and shapes. If there is a small flaw, the product will not be perfect.
Step 3: Die struck
There are three types of Die struck,. Iron is stamped with soft enamel; brass is stamped with hard enamel. Zinc #diecasting is a metal casting process in which molten metal is pressed into a mould under high pressure. Zinc die casting is expensive, but when the mould is complex or cut out or size is offered, it uses only zinc die casting.
Step 4: Polishing
#polishing is the process of creating a shiny and smooth surface by rubbing it or using a chemical action, leaving a surface with a significant specular reflection. Polishing can also reduce diffuse reflection to minimal values. If you polish first and color second, your product will be concavo-convex, which belongs to soft enamel. If you color first and polish second, your product will be smooth, which belongs to hard enamel.
Step 5: Plating or Dyeing
#plating is a surface covering in which a metal is deposited on a conductive surface. The color will be almost the same as metal. Dyeing is used to add color to textile products like fabrics, fibers, and yarns. The color is yours.
Step 6: Coloring
If you want your products to look more colorful, then you need to use coloring. Coloring is a small thing to do carefully. Because you should add more than one color to the small product. If you add it by mistake, the product is useless. Coloring can be carried out by machines or people.
Step7: Adding attachment
